Seminary calling for Connor
wasn't enough!
I have never had a calling for more than a year (usually due to a move) this time is not an exception. I have retired my primary chorister days (for now) and am venturing into the world of...
Primary President
I am absolutely overwhelmed and humbled. Many recent experiences have noted that this is a call from our Father in Heaven. I know that this is for my learning and refining. I am glad to say that I have some wonderful women to work with and who I will be DELEGATING to!!
This is not in a means to gloat but to open my doors for all your advice!
It is also a warning- Never think that because your husband has a time consuming calling does that mean that you are off the hook!! There are no "get out of jail cards" in the gospel!

you'll be great! primary is so fun!
WOW. they are putting so much on your little family!! I understand totally the overwhelmed feeling - right after we moved into our new house duston taught seminary and I was in the YW presidency and pregnant and it was a CRAZY couple years. (I was secretly wishing he would be released!) I can't imagine just having a baby and being called as primary president though. :) You will do an awesome job. You'll get lots of help from heaven :)
I just KNEW you'd be the new president but still I can't believe that they would do that to y'all. But it's not a surprise when I see how spiritually minded you and your husband are. Y'all are amazing examples! The Lord always provides a way! Just like how you'll find a new chorister at some point. But don't worry I'm here for you until the end. :)
Good luck with that!
You will be fantastic! I have no advice for you, after all you are wonder woman:) You will be amazing!

Our new seminary teacher is also the assistant ward mission leader, his wife is the Relief Society President and they are expecting their first baby in November. Crazy.
