The building alone is an architectural gem but it is also a cultural and culinary diamond in the rock! I was so impressed by the diversity in foods - from meat, poultry and produce to breads, pastries and exquisite pastas. Not only are they all of high quality and freshness but more affordable than the local grocer! There are also stands that sell prepared foods and I was tempted by all means to try all the different ethnic foods. I guess this reminded me a lot of Boston (which I dearly miss) with it's cultural diversity mingled with history and elegance. There are few cities in the US that have such great markets, so if you are in the area, this is a stop worth seeing!!

I have never been to a market, but it sounds like it would be fun. And it sounds like there are all sorts of great deals.
Ok I just have to comment on how cute Ashlyn is! How funny you have to use duct tape! I thought our family had real naked issues. Jaxon is the same way. He loves to be naked
Sounds like a great place to go to. I love food, so I'm sure I'd enjoy it.
Markets are the greatest! They have a huge one here called Paddy's Market- I go all the time! It's always me and all the Asians picking through the apples together. It's overly crowded and super insane, but it's all part of the experience.
