Do you think they would cancel school for the third day in a row, while it is 55 degrees outside, have delayed start tomorrow, and then schedule a makeup day THIS Saturday???

That is insane! SO different than Cleveland. I have to declare my own snow days here! :) You know how it goes...
Definitely keep him home for his birthday party. Hopefully all of the other moms will let their kids stay home too so he'll have some friends there!
That is so crazy! I would like NYC to declare a snow day here soon...of course, when your main source of transportation is the subway...underground...guess you don't have much of an excuse!
So funny. That's worse than here when it snows. You at least have to have a little more than that. One time they delayed start and we didn't have any snow, but we found out some people that lived way out, had black ice, so we all benefit! By the way, love the wreath...how did you make it?...maybe I'll get ambitious...
From what I hear from my sister in Prtland OR, they have the same unreasonable fear of snow. I say, YAY for no school, and NO WAY is Dylan going to school on Saturday!
